Agree with your focus on &quot;memorable customer experiences&quot;.  Perhaps you&#039;ve written elsewhere about this--I need to dig further--but it seems that there are different elements which make up this experience.

Some are sensory (visual appearance of store, cleanliness), some are inter-personal (attitudes of store associates), some are transactional (was customer kept waiting, etc.), some are based on expertise (was the associate knowledgeable about what I wanted to find out about?), etc.

I don&#039;t know the full list but will try to gather my thoughts.  Look forward to more interaction on our blogs and on Twitter!
